Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience, translating these insights into compelling social media strategies.
Conduct research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
Assist with basic video editing and optimization for short-form content (e.
g.
, TikTok, Reels).
Utilize project management tools and spreadsheets to track content schedules, deadlines, and performance metrics.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing email correspondence for clients.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards set by clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality content.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.
g.
, Adobe Premiere, iMovie) for creating and editing short-form videos.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize content strategies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Passion for social media marketing and a creative mindset to generate engaging content ideas.
